Switzerland: report 2007

October - november 2007: The decision is made to take the truck by road to Gao; a journey of seven thousand five hundred kilometres which will take three weeks. This is a large undertaking and will unite two associations working with the same aim; to bring help to people in need. Preparations are now underway for this project.

Members of JEM and the presidents of AAG and AAG-Geneva will take part in the expedition.

The departure date is the 11th of December this year. We still need one more vehicle, ideally a spacious four-wheel drive in good condition, which can be left with Sophie as her car is reaching the end of it's life.
